By accessing or using MixGum Tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

Service Scope

MixGum provides a suite of web-based utilities for personal and professional productivity. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any tool or feature at our discretion without prior notice.

Usage Restrictions

You agree not to use MixGum Tools for any unlawful purpose. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: • Automated scraping or botanical access of tools. • Attempting to reverse-engineer our proprietary tool logic. • Using our utilities to generate or process malicious content.

ALL TOOLS ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE.' WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR SUITABILITY OF RESULTS GENERATED BY OUR UTILITIES. RELIANCE ON ANY TOOL OUTPUT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MixGum or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss or business interruption.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international digital service practices. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith.
